At King’s InterHigh, we offer fully flexible enrolment, allowing students to join at any time during the academic year without waiting lists. This flexibility ensures your child can start their online education journey without delay and have a smoother transition to their new school. For more information on the enrolment process, please contact our friendly admissions team.
The enrolment process is quick and straightforward, taking just three working days once all steps on the enrolment dashboard are completed, including the final payment. After that, our friendly customer service team will take over to set up the student’s account, create their personalised timetable, and send login credentials via email, so they can access the platform seamlessly.
We offer live inductions for new students twice a week, ensuring they feel supported and confident from day one. If you’re planning for your child to start later in the year, please note that we’ll begin building their timetable during the half-term holidays, just before their start date.
To register your child, simply complete our registration form here. Please note that a £100 registration fee is required to finalise enrolment. Once the fee is paid, you can simply follow the six steps on our enrolment dashboard. After everything is complete, including payment, our customer service team will send your child’s login credentials via email, so they can get started quickly and smoothly.
No, we do not require any documentation from your previous school, unless joining the IB Diploma. However, you are more than welcome to upload any documentation you think would be useful for our teaching staff to see.
Yes! Students can join us at any point throughout the academic year. Please be mindful of our term dates. You can access our term dates here.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make the process of withdrawing as clear and simple as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your child’s enrolment with us.
Annual contract – Withdrawal at the end of an academic year
If you decide not to continue your child’s education with us for the following academic year, you can withdraw them at the end of the summer term. We kindly ask that you provide at least half a term’s notice, meaning we should receive your notice before the start of the second half of the summer term.
If we do not receive your notice by this date, you will be responsible for the fees for the first term of the next academic year, minus the remaining balance of your deposit, after accounting for any outstanding amounts owed to King’s InterHigh.
Annual contract – Withdrawal at the end of the autumn or spring term
If you wish to withdraw your child before the end of the academic year, we ask for at least one full term’s notice. For example, if you want to withdraw at the end of the autumn term, we would need your notice by the first day of that term. If we receive your notice on time, we will refund your deposit, minus any outstanding payments. If notice is not given at least a term in advance, you will be responsible for paying the fees for the following term, minus the balance of your deposit.
To terminate the agreement, please send an email to [email protected].
Rolling contract – Withdrawal
If you’re on a rolling contract, you can withdraw your child at the end of any half term, provided you notify us in writing before the last day of the current half term. Please send your notice via email to [email protected].
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Note: Students applying for the IB Diploma Programme must register by October half term in the year they wish to begin studying.
The enrolment process will take a minimum of 48 hours to complete and depending on the time of year it can take up to 2 weeks. This timeframe is based on how quickly you submit all required documents and fees and whether you enrol during peak season. As such, we recommend registering at least one – two weeks before your intended start date.
No, you don’t need to wait! King’s InterHigh accepts enrolments throughout the year and offers a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure that each student that joins us after the start of the academic year receives the support they need to feel welcomed and up-to-speed with their learnings. If your child is in Year 11, 12, or 13, we do recommend joining before October half term. Students who join later and have not studied the same syllabus at their previous school will need to catch up on missed content independently.

We also offer taster sessions and open events where you can learn more about our offering. You can sign up to our next event here.

It is possible to join us in Year 11. However, as our IGCSEs are two-year courses, we highly recommend that students join us in Year 10.
Students who join in Year 11 and have not previously studied through our IGCSE exam boards will need to review any missed content and work independently to prepare for their examinations. We will provide access to all Year 10 lesson resources except recordings.
Yes, students can join Year 12 during the academic year. However, we do recommend that students compare our King’s InterHigh exam specifications to the content they have studied so far. For more information, please get in touch with our team: https://kihstaging.newwave-web.co.uk/contact/

While we do not issue automatic transcripts, we are happy to provide a written letter of registration to confirm that your child is enrolled at King’s InterHigh. Please send your request to: [email protected] and our team will get back to you shortly.
IGCSEs are accepted across the UK, so your child is welcome to sit A Levels at another Sixth Form or college. Prior to IGCSEs in Year 10, students follow the National Curriculum for England, which does not issue any official certificates or qualifications. We can, however, provide a letter or registration to confirm the level and duration of your child’s study. Full academic reports are also available on our digital platform.
Unless otherwise requested, your child will be placed in the year group intended for their age.
